– Are there current events in the Calendar page on your app dashboard — please note events that have passed will automatically drop out of the app.
– Is your Calendar linked to a Google calendar? If so, does this calendar currently have events or has this calendar recently changed? Please also ensure this calendar is set up as follows: “Make available to public” and that public can: “See all event details”
– If your Calendar is linked to your Kamar, has your Kamar account recently changed, for example updated from http to https? Please check this with your IT department.
The app can take up to 30 minutes to update any change, though you can go into the dashboard and press Refresh to load them immediately.
